Core Oil
WESTERN CORE OIL is used in foundries as a sand binder for manufacturing of cores and moulds commonly known as oil sand process.
We are in the field of dealing Core Oil and foundry material since 1970 and after our long experience and advice of experts and foundry engineers we have developed WESTERN CORE OIL. It has proved very successful for foundries manufacturing IMPELLERS, PUMPS, CRANK CASES, and typical products.
WESTERN CORE OIL is blended core oil and can replace conventional linseed oil practice. WESTERN CORE OIL polymerizes at low temperature for a given specific baking cycle and eliminates blowing of cores during pouring. Because of complete polymerization, cores attain high baked tensile and scratch hardness resulting in lower breakages during core making stage and after baking. WESTERN CORE OIL is so well balanced in ingredients that chances of over baking or under baking are minimized. Baking is uniform through out the section thickness of core.
