WESTERN AUTO SET OIL is our own development and unique oil being used in foundries for manufacturing cores and moulds.
We are in the field of dealing Core Oil and foundry material since 1970 and after our long experience and advice of experts and foundry engineers we have developed WESTERN AUTO SET. It has proved very successful for foundries manufacturing IMPELLERS, PUMPS, CRANK CASES, and typical products.
WESTERN AUTO SET OIL is a blended product and replaces conventional core oil practice. The major advantage of CORE SET OIL is that it does not require baking and hence for small foundries it is boon. For baking process you required an oven but if you use AUTO SET OIL there is no need of OVEN. You can make any no. of core. There is no need to have large quantity as you need for Oven. So , it is highly economical and labor saving. Over all it is a single part.
By use of WESTERN AUTO SET OIL cores attain high tensile and scratch hardness resulting in lower breakages and gives optimum result.

HOW TO USE :
- Ratio of mixing AUTO SET OIL: Mix 2.5 Ltr. to 3.0 Ltr with 100 Kg. regular dry silica sand and its proportion.
- Standard Packing: 25 Ltr. (MS Drum)
- Core can be separated immediately
